For the previous part:
Week 13 Start/ Sit Part 1: QBs

This is Part 2 of the starts and sits for Week 13:

RB

Start 'Em

LeGarrette Blount (vs. Panthers)- Blount has had back to back 100 yard games and he has a great matchup this week against a Carolina defense that has been run over recently. Add in the fact that with Josh Freeman injured, the Bucs don't have much incentive to throw the ball in this game and Blount owners should be ready for a huge game out of him.

Michael Bush (at Dolphins)- this is the second straight week that a running back going against Miami's defense is in this list. Darren McFadden has already been ruled out for Week 13 and Bush has taken advantage of every start he has had this season with DMC out. There is no reason to believe that will stop this week against the Dolphins when the Raiders are hurting at wide receiver again with Denarius Moore and Jacoby Ford out.

Reggie Bush (vs. Raiders)- Bush has been able to remain injury free this season and also has been able to hold on to the top spot in the team over Daniel Thomas. He has done well in recent week and should continue to do so against an Oakland defense that has allowed the 6th most fantasy points to opposing running backs.

Sit 'Em

Shonn Greene (at Redskins)- Greene has had no touchdowns sine Week 5 and has been in general at disappointment. He should also lose some touches with the return of LaDainian Tomlinson this week. The matchup with Washington is not bad, but Greene has been too ineffective lately to count on him.

Steven Jackson (at 49ers)- Jackson gets to face a San Francisco defense that still has not allowed a touchdown to opposing running backs and which also translates to the least amount of fantasy points give up to running backs. This will not be an easy matchup at all for Jackson so bench him if you have other options.

Peyton Hillis (vs. Ravens)- Hillis returning last week was unexpected, but he did not do much on his return. This week he gets to go against a Baltimore defense that has allowed the 4th fewest fantasy points to running backs. Don't expect a repeat of his 2010 performance against the Ravens when he had 180 total yards and a touchdown.
