This topic will take a look at some weekly matchups not involving top-tier NFL players such as Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Arian Foster, Adrian Peterson, Ray Rice, Chris Johnson (got back on track in Week 12), Darren McFadden (out again this week) and Calvin Johnson. Here are the starts and sits for Week 13:

QB

Start 'Em

Matthew Stafford (at Saints)- this is the second straight week that Stafford is in this list. Stafford disappointed last week against Green Bay, but has a another great matchup in Week 13 against New Orleans. This game should be a shootout between 2 offensive juggernauts providing a feast of fantasy points and Stafford will be right in the middle of it.

Eli Manning (vs. Packers)- this is the second straight week that a quarterback facing Green Bay's defense is in this list. Manning has been great this season and should continue putting up numbers this week against the Packers in what should be a high scoring game. 

Tim Tebow (at Vikings)- this is the third straight week that  a quarterback facing Minnesota's defense is in this list and Tebow is in this list for the seventh straight week. This week he face one of his easiest  matchups to date against the Vikings and the same line of reasoning still applies from previous weeks, which is that Tebow should be able to produce fantasy points (and that's all that matters in here) if he can avoid injuries or being benched.

Sit 'Em

Ryan Fitzpatrick (vs. Titans)- this is the second straight week that Fitzpatrick in in this list. He started the season on fire, but has cooled off considerably in recent weeks. He surprisingly woke up last week against Darrelle Revis and the Jets, but was it a one game mirage?

Joe Flacco (at Browns)- this is the second straight week that Flacco is in this list. Flacco has been a model of inconsistency and will face shutdown corner Joe Haden and Cleveland's top ranked pass defense this week. Baltimore will probably pound the ball with Ray Rice in this game making Flacco useless for another week.

Sam Bradford (at 49ers)- this is the third straight week that  a quarterback going against San Francisco is in this list. Bradford and the Rams offense have been terrible this season. He is still injured and there is a chance he might not play. If he does play don't expect much to change in Week 13 when faced with the tough 49ers defense.
